AGS offers Gymnastics Accredited programs for:

AGS follows the Gymnastics Australia competitive pathway and offer classes for athletes at School, State, National and International levels.

From recreational classes through to competitive state and international levels for all ages and abilities, AGS can tailor a program to suit you.

Fun and fitness for all ages and abilities, with a broad range of skills.

Gym for All incorporates Adult GymFit, Team Gym and Tumbling.

Aerobic Gymnastics


Classes involve performing dynamic and complex continuous sequences of high and low impact aerobic movement patterns in routines to music. Routines demonstrate flexibility, strength and continuous movement, performed individually or with friends in multiples and groups. Aerobic Gymnastics utilises seven basic steps which originate from traditional aerobic exercises with gymnastic difficulty elements.

Annabel Muttdon

In Gymnastics we place excessive load through our bodies and joints and often perform repetitive movements. The practice of Pilates enables learning of safe body postures for movement and functional movement patterns that translate to the training environment. This program aims to assist gymnasts to develop muscular control, increase joint range of motion and acquire sound movement patterns to reduce the risk of injury.

Kinder Gym


Classes provide participants opportunities to explore, discover and experience a wide range of gymnastics based movement activities. Sessions are 45 mins and filled with music, rhythm and activities to develop fine and gross motor skills. Ages 3-5
